Fight Network will be giving away an official Everlast t-shirt. Make sure you are following @FightNet on Twitter and on Facebook.com/FightNetwork. Winners will receive a personal email as well as a post on our social media outlets.
A contest winner will be selected every Monday.
1. Participants will be eligible to win an official Everlast t-shirt.
2. There is a limit of ONE (1) entry per day per person/email address. Any more per day will be removed from the contest database and will not be counted as valid entries. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).
3. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within 72 hours of each drawing, declines the prize or incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, another entrant will be selected.
4. Contest is open to residents of Canada, who are of the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside. Employees or persons living with employees (and their immediate family) of The Fight Network (hereafter referred to as TFN) and all its properties, (the “Contest Sponsor”) and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter this Contest. As an alternative Entry to the Submission Form below, you may send a postage paid postcard with your name, phone number and address to “Contests” c/o The Fight Network, 2844 Dundas Street W, Second Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M6P 1Y7. In the event of a mail posted entry winning, TFN may require proof of Identity before releasing the prize.
6. TFN and the Contest Sponsor reserve the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.
7. In order to win, the selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill-testing question via the submission form, e-mail, fax or telephone. TFN’s rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Contest and the awarding of prizes.
8. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, address, email address and photograph in any publicity or direct marketing carried out by TFN and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation. The winners consent to their photograph being taken by TFN for such use, without further compensation.
9. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
10. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants. To receive a copy of the Contest rules or for the winner’s name, send a postage paid, self-addressed envelope to “Contests” c/o The Fight Network, 2844 Dundas Street W, Second Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M6P 1Y7
11. All entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by TFN. TFN and the Contest Sponsor take no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors.
12. All entries become property of the TFN and the Contest Sponsor, who assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the Web site during the Contest period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Contest. TFN reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the email portion of this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of TFN corrupts the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any Web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, TFN and the Contest Sponsor reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
13. All Entrant’s data may be used by TFN and/or the Contest Sponsor, but shall not be provided to any third party. If the Entrant does not wish his/her information to be used for non-Contest purposes, and would like his/her information removed from the Contest database at the conclusion of this Contest or at any time after the conclusion of the Contest, a request must be sent in writing to “Contests” c/o The Fight Network, 2844 Dundas Street W, Second Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M6P 1Y7.
14. This Contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by TFN. Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the Contest.
15. The Fight Network is the sole sponsor of the promotion. Apple is not an official sponsor and is not involved or active in any manner in this contest.
