**Here are the matches scheduled for ‘Impact Wrestling’ tonight at 9pm EST on Spike TV, and was taped last Tuesday in Orlando, Florida:
*Scott Steiner Vs Bully Ray in the ‘Bound for Glory Series’
*Velvet Sky & Miss Tessmacher Vs ODB & Jacqueline
*James Storm & Alex Shelley Vs Matt Morgan & Crimson in a non-title match
*Dakota Darsow (son of Barry Darsow) Vs Shiima Xion Vs Federico Palacious
*Abyss Vs Sting in a non-title match
**Wai Ting and I will be back with ‘Review an Impact’ on Friday running down the show from tonight and we will also have a chat with David Lagana discussing this weekend’s Ring of Honor event from New York, tons of social media chat and a new project he is working on.
**TNA begins their weekend of house shows tonight in Columbus, Ohio headlined by Mr. Anderson Vs Kurt Angle for the TNA Title along with A.J. Styles Vs Jeff Jarrett (yes, one week after the angle that he has to leave the company he is working house shows). There will also be a ‘Bound for Glory Series’ match with Beer Money taking on Brother D-Von & The Pope and TNA has been shooting these tournament matches at the house shows and has been discussing airing them on television (of course you would hope if they air this tag match that they do it after they establish Roode being back with Beer Money).
**Sting recently spoke to Kevin Eck of The Baltimore Sun on a variety of topics including his talks with the WWE earlier this year prior to ‘WrestleMania 27’:
I was contacted by WWE people. The vignettes I can honestly tell you that I do not understand that one even now, unless it was some kind of deal where they were just trying to test the waters, I really don’t know, because so many people were saying, “I hope it’s Sting, I hope it’s Sting.” I thought, “Gosh, I wonder if they’re going to shoot themselves in the foot there by making this choice, because if things do not work out, why did they do it to begin with?” I had all kinds of things going through my head. But, yeah, I was very, very close to going up there, and I believe there probably would have been something with Undertaker. That was the word at least.
**Ring of Honor will be holding a press conference in Baltimore, Maryland tomorrow at the headquarters of Sinclair Broadcasting to formally announce details of the sale of ROH to Sinclair and will also feature a lot of the talent in attendance. The press conference will be available online afterwards and the company will also be doing Q&A sessions on Twitter with various talents to promote the ‘Best in the World’ event this Sunday.
**Melina has posted the following YouTube video after Gail Kim has posted a tweet about her being too emotional and the fans buying into Melina’s ‘good side’. It seems that more than anything this is an attempt by the two to get a storyline going on their own to try and get back on television:
**Shawn Michaels has posted on Twitter that he is heading to Connecticut to work on a project that he said WWE fans will hopefully enjoy.
**A replay of ‘Impact Wrestling’ this past Tuesday did a 0.44 rating and averaged 609,000 viewers. It is unknown if they will regularly be replaying shows as there is nothing on the schedule for next Tuesday night.
**On Review a Wai this weekend we will be reviewing the 1997 cult classic ‘Stranglemania’ from the Insane Clown Posse and we will be interviewing Violent J of the ICP. The show will be up late Sunday night at 1am EST after The LAW.
