Toronto, ON (October 7, 2011) – Get ready to rumble Toronto! Beginning this Sunday, Oct. 9, the Fight Network’s LIVE AUDIO WRESTLING (LAW) crashes down on TSN Radio 1050’s airwaves every Sunday at 12 midnight ET.
Since its launch in May 1997, the Fight Network’s staple radio show LAW has been the longest running radio program of its kind. Hosts Dan “The Mouth” Lovranski, Jason Agnew and John Pollock take professional wrestling and mixed martial arts fans behind the scenes with weekly special guests, including some of the biggest names in the combat sports industry. Over its near 15-year history, some of the guests featured include Hulk Hogan, The Rock, Steve Austin, Georges St-Pierre and Brock Lesnar.
This marks the first time the show has been on terrestrial radio since 2007.
"We are very excited to bring our radio program back to terrestrial radio and the TSN brand. The LAW will fit perfectly with the great lineup of talent they've assembled on the station" said Chad Midgley, Fight Network's VP of Programming and Production.
“LAW is one of the most recognized shows of its kind in the world,” said Robert Gray, Program Director, TSN Radio 1050. “We are thrilled to have their dedicated fan base join us on TSN Radio 1050 every Sunday night.”
