UFC on Fuel TV 5: Quick Shots, Bonuses & Gate

The official fight night bonuses and live gate figures for UFC on Fuel TV 5: Struve vs. Miocic were revealed by UFC president Dana White at the official post-fight press conference at Capital FM Arena in Nottingham, U.K.

Heavyweight headliners Stefan Struve and Stipe Miocic each pocketed $40,000 for "Fight of the Night" in their main event, which Struve won by second-round TKO.

Meanwhile, bantamweight Brit Brad Pickett took home $40,000 for "Knockout of the Night" for his first-round uppercut and subsequent flurry on Canadian Yves Jabouin.

Finally, "Submission of the Night" honors went to American lightweight Matt Wiman for his stunning first-round submission via armbar of previously undefeated British submission specialist Paul Sass.

According to White, who was visibly pleased with the card, other fighters will also be awarded bonuses for their performances.

UFC on Fuel TV 5 drew a reported attendance of 7,241 for a live gate of $970,000.
