Grapplers Quest World Championships Saturday in New Jersey

ASBURY PARK, NJ (December 3, 2012) -- Grapplers Quest® is proud to announce the 2012 World Championships, presented by Gaspari Nutrition ®, on this Saturday (Dec. 8) at Asbury Park Convention Hall( located at 1300 Ocean Avenue), in Asbury Park, New Jersey.

Fighters may pre-register online until Monday, December 3 at 11:59 p.m. ET here: http://bit.ly/UktnZn or http://GrapplersQuest.com, or simply register at the door and weigh-in on Friday, Dec. 7, from 5:30 PM - 8:00 p.m. ET, or Saturday, Dec. 8, starting at 8:00 a.m. ET.

The Ground Fighting "supershow" will feature 500+ competitors in Submission Grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Wrestling divisions for all ages and skill levels. Open to all competitors, independents and teams with fighter registration and spectator tickets available at the door.

100 WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP BELTS UP FOR GRABS

All Children's, Teen's, Men's and Women's Advanced No-Gi Division Champions and All Absolute.

Divisions will be awarded custom made Championship Belts, in addition to the largest medallions in the sport of grappling, sponsored by Gaspari Nutrition, Zebra and TapouT, plus a full color Champion Certificate.

Tom DeBlass is a school owner of Ocean County BJJ (http://www.oceancountybjj.com) and Black Belt under Ricardo Almeida and veteran of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Before joining the UFC, DeBlass was the light heavyweight and heavyweight champion of Ring of Combat, a US-based Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) organization based in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

DeBlass will be teaching a charity seminar for all pre-registered youth competitors on Saturday, Dec. 8, starting at 10:00 a.m. ET, to raise awareness for Autism Awareness and National Charity, Autism Radio, a 501c3 that assists families dealing with Autism every day at: http://AutismRadio.org

The featured showcase professional divisions include the $500 Gaspari No-Gi Pro Challenge (Advanced Open Weight Absolute Division, open to all competitors) both of which will expect several World CBJJ and ADCC Pro and Abu Dhabi World Champions to enter for the cash prize.
