**UFC President Dana White announced today at the UFC on FOX press conference that Ronda Rousey was officially the first UFC women’s 135-pound champion and presented the UFC title to Rousey at the podium. White then announced that Rousey would defend her title against Liz Carmouche at UFC 157 on February 23^rd in Anaheim, California in the main event. White spoke to the media after the announcement and said he has signed Rousey to an eight-fight contract.

White also noted at the press conference that they wanted to put the fight together with Cris Cyborg and hoping that if Rousey wins then Cyborg would be her next fight. Cyborg has changed her tune and now feels she make 135-pounds but needs time to cut the weight.

**Renan Barao Vs Michael McDonald is official for February 16^th for the Interim Bantamweight Title at the UFC on FUEL 7 event in London, England.

**Bellator 83 goes down tomorrow night from Atlantic City, New Jersey featuring Shahbulat Shamhalaev taking on Rad Martinez in the finals of the featherweight tournament.

**MMA Uncensored Live airs at 11pm EST tonight on Spike TV with Bellator Welterweight Champion Ben Askren in-studio.

**A flyweight bout between Ian McCall and Joseph Benavidez has been added to the UFC 156 card on February 2^nd in Las Vegas along with a lightweight fight between Evan Dunham and Gleison Tibau.
