In this special edition Gracie Breakdown, Rener Gracie is joined by his fiancé, Eve Torres, who very recently retired from the WWE. They were all set for their vacation to the Riviera Maya, but after reviewing the Gabriel Gonzaga vs. Ben Rothwell fight from UFC on FX 7, they knew they had some important business to take care of before departure.

Together, they break down three highly effective arm-in guillotine counters that you can use if you ever find yourself getting choked by Gonzaga.
