Top WWE Performer Arrested for DUI, Drug Possession

It was first reported by TMZ that WWE performer Jack Swagger (Jake Hager) was arrested on Tuesday night following the Smackdown television tapings in Biloxi, Mississippi.

It was first reported that he was arrested for speeding but has since come out he has been charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana in his vehicle along with speeding, which are all misdemeanor offences in the state of Mississippi.

The WWE gave a statement to TMZ that "Mr. Swagger is responsible for his own personal actions."
