**The Kurt Angle Vs Samoa Joe ‘Bound for Glory Series’ match is listed on the TNA website for Destination X but wasn’t mentioned on television last night for whatever reason. There will be a four-man Ultimate X Match match at the pay-per-view for the vacant X Division Title with four singles matches taking place on the show and the winners advancing. In addition to Sonjay Dutt and Rashad Cameron qualifying they have also added Doug Williams, Zema Ion and Kid Kash to the tournament and there will be three more qualifying matches on Impact next Thursday.
**The identities of the new X division performers on ‘Impact’ last night were:

*Mason Andrews – Scorpio Sky from Pro Wrestling Guerilla
**Maxine (Karlee Leilani Perez) has quit the WWE after three-years with the company. She signed a developmental deal with the company in 2009 and was trained from scratch and then thrown into the all female edition of ‘NXT’ in 2010 and has been a constant on the show almost that entire time along with working in Florida Championship Wrestling at the same time. She was in the women’s battle royal this past week and turned out to be her swan song.
**Ring of Honor is in Baltimore, Maryland for their television tapings at the DuBurns Arena with the following matches listed for the tapings:

**This weekend the WWE is running three house shows with combined shows of Raw and Smackdown talent starting in Monroe, Louisiana tonight and then heading to Lafayette, Louisiana on Saturday night.
**The TNA crew has the weekend off from house shows and are off until next Thursday’s television.
**Next week’s edition of ‘Smackdown’ from Corpus Christi, Texas will be promoted as ‘Super Smackdown – The Great American Bash’ and will be airing live on Tuesday night on both SyFy in the U.S. and The Score in Canada.
**TNA announced the following matches for next week’s ‘Impact’ on the show last night:

LAW MMA UPDATE
**ESPN has nominated the Edson Barboza knockout wheel kick to Terry Etim from UFC 142 for ‘Play of the Year’ for the annual ESPY awards. There are sixteen nominees for the award and is open to fan voting.
**The UFC has announced that the induction of Tito Ortiz into the UFC Hall of Fame will take place next Saturday during the day as part of the UFC Fan Expo at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.
**The UFC will be debuting a special ‘Prime Time’ episode focusing on Anderson Silva and Chael Sonnen tomorrow with airings scheduled for FX and FUEL TV but will not have any airings on FOX.
**Strikeforce has announced a welterweight bout between Tarec Saffiedine and Roger Bowling for the August 18th card in San Diego, California underneath the Ronda Rousey Vs Sarah Kaufman Bantamweight Title fight.
**The Bellator Fighting Championships has signed a broadcast deal with mun2 in the United States for their Spanish language presentations and begins today with a highlight shows focusing on past cards.
