LAW Sept 1 Update - Cornette Challenges Russo
**Kaval was the winner Tuesday
night of ‘NXT' Season 2 with the angle shot at the end of the show involving the
rest of the Season 2 contestants attacking Kaval and beating him down. It was
announced Tuesday that Season 3 of the show would immediately begin next Tuesday
night and would be an all female cast and announced the following women for
Season 3 with their pro's listed in parenthesis:

*Aksana (Goldust)
*Maxine (Alicia Fox)
*Jamie Keyes (The Bella
Twins)
*Naomi Night (Kelly Kelly)

LAW MMA UPDATE
**UFC 123 scheduled for
November 20th is now confirmed for Auburn Hills, Michigan
at The Palace of Auburn Hills and will be headlined by a light heavyweight bout
between Quinton Jackson and Lyoto Machida.
**It was announced on Tuesday
that the UFC is moving their December 11th event from Las Vegas, Nevada and
will now be holding the show at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec.
The card will be headlined by Georges St-Pierre defending the Welterweight
Title against Josh Koscheck with both coaching in the upcoming season of ‘The
Ultimate Fighter'.
**MMAJunkie.com reported today that the UFC is looking at a January 1st date at the MGM Grand Garden Arena rather than the originally rumored December 31st date. The rematch between Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva and Chael Sonnen has been discussed for this date or put off until February 5th.
**The UFC 118 prelims from this past Saturday night drew a 0.8 rating on Spike featuring Nik Lentz Vs Andre Winner and Joe Lauzon Vs Gabe Ruediger.
**The Ontario based Warrior-1
promotion has announced a card for October 23rd entitled ‘New Ground'
where the promotion will head to Halifax, Nova Scotia for a show headlined by
Strikeforce heavyweight Brett Rogers meeting journeyman Ruben Villareal.
