After hyping the fact this is the 900th episode, we’re told tonight there will be a 5-on-5 tag elimination
match with Nexus taking on Chris Jericho, John Cena, WWE Champion
Sheamus, Edge and Randy Orton.
We begin this historic episode however
with Bret “The Hitman” Hart.
Hart says he was there 17 years ago as
was one other wrestler still around – the Undertaker. He would like
to..
Kane interrupts.
The World Heavyweight Champion says
there is no Undertaker anymore. Now Taker is like Hart, he’s weak,
scraggily, over-the-hill and irreversibly damaged. Kane says the last
time his brother truly was the Undertaker was at WrestleMania when he
was ending Shawn Michaels’ career. Kane asks Bret if he loved that.
Hart says he will love when Taker beats
down Kane again, like he always does.
Kane says he has lived his whole life
trying to break out of his brother’s shadow. He says his brother took
out an icon and now he must do the same.
Kane grabs Hart by the throat, but the
Hart Dynasty runs out to make a save.
Hart starts fighting back, but once
again Kane grabs him by the throat.
Bells. Darkness.
Undertaker shows up and he’s staring
down Kane. Kane leaves the ring saying not yet.
An e-mail comes in.
Michael Cole reads that the GM has been
reluctant to do this in the past, but tonight is historic so he’s
making a match between Bret Hart and the Undertaker.
